Keith's Favorites

"Getting to Yes offers a proven, step-by-step strategy for coming to mutually acceptable agreements in every sort of conflict."

"Stuart Diamond shows in this unique and revolutionary book how emotional intelligence, perceptions, cultural diversity and collaboration produce four times as much value as old school, conflictive, power, leverage and logic.

"I wrote this book to help you respond to anyone who tried to engage you with hostile emails, texts, Facebook postings, vicious rumors or just plan difficult behavior."

"Taking the power of persuasion, empathy, active listening, and intuition to the next level, Never Split the Difference gives you the competitive edge in any difficult conversation or challenging situation."

"Nonviolent Communication" by Marshall B. Rosenberg and "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman have some important and helpful concepts, as well, about communication in relationships.

I also think everyone should read The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann, Give and Take by Adam Grant, and Love is the Killer App by Tim Sanders.

All three of these books promote the idea of having a giver’s mentality as a core value and your life will be rich as a result.
